About Evolve

Modern Workspace

Now more than ever the way schools and colleges are recruiting is evolving. Recruitment shouldn’t be seen as an admin task, here at Evolve we use our expertise in the sector to find those most passionate about educating young minds.

We pride ourselves on listening to what you really want and support you in finding the right match whether you’re seeking a new opportunity or looking to hire new staff. Believing that recruitment is more about the person behind the CV or data is what gives us the superior edge over our competitors. People often seek so much more than a qualification in a person or a particular Ofsted report from a school.

Jemma photo.jpg

Jemma has over 12 years of education recruitment experience. She prides herself on understanding the science and art of securing someone the right position/person. She started her career working for a small independent agency where she learned the sheer importance of customer care and the personal touch.  Jemma went on to manage a very successful branch for a much larger national company where she had the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative minds in the industry.

At the end of 2017 Jemma went on maternity leave and had her daughter. The journey to motherhood had a bumpy start for Jemma with a period of time in intensive care with her daughter, She returned to work after 9 months with really different motivators. She knew she possessed all the skills needed to make a successful recruiter and the drive to succeed but the path to get there was a different one.

Life changed for everyone in 2020 when the world went into lockdown. Not only did this change highlight the pure dedication, passion and creativity of our key workers but it also provoked a wave of change for those unhappy in their careers or job roles. It was at this stage for Jemma that ‘Evolve’ was born and the notion of offering a more unique and personal recruitment platform began.
